## Before you reach out

It's worth a quick look at [What Ponder can't do yet](/docs/start-here/what-ponder-cant-do-yet), in case what you're running into is a known gap. If something went wrong sending to your editing app, the checks in [Sending to your editing app](/docs/export/exporting-to-your-nle#before-you-start-cutting) cover the usual causes. And make sure you're on the latest version, which you can download from [ponder.ai/download](https://ponder.ai/download).
