# Keyboard shortcuts

## Presets for your editing app

Every everyday editing key from **Premiere Pro**, **DaVinci Resolve**, **Final Cut Pro** and **CapCut** is ready to use. Choose a preset when you set up Ponder or any time in **Settings**. You can also rebind individual keys on top of any preset.

Most shortcuts for things only Ponder has keep the same keys, but a few change with the preset:

* **Dictation** is ⌥⇧⌘D in the Premiere Pro preset and ⌘D in the CapCut preset.
* **Show every shortcut** (**?**) is ⌃⇧/ in the DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro presets.
* **M** and **⇧M** are the same in every preset.

The tables below are Ponder's own defaults.

## Playback

| Split the clip at the playhead | W |

| Turn snapping on / off | S |

## Multicam

| What it does | Shortcut |

| Switch camera | ⇧1 to ⇧9 |
| Show / hide the camera grid | ⇧0 |

<Tip>
  While playing, switching cameras makes a cut at that point. While paused, it swaps the angle.

## Comments on the frame

## Talking to Ponder
