Cut a 90-second launch film from the studio shoot. Open on the set and the crew, let the founders set up the idea, then build with the creator interviews and the app screens. Burn in captions and add name supers.
I’ll cut it like a launch film, not a demo: the studio and crew first, the founders on why taste matters, then the creators and the app screens carrying the middle. Captions burned in, a name super on every interview.
Built Ponder Launch Film in 16:9:
The cut runs 1:26 and ends on the studio wide and the end card.
Hold on the founders a beat longer before the end card
Extended the final studio wide by 1.5 s, so the founders hold before the end card. The film now runs 1:28.
Cut my moving vlog from this footage, in my style: a quick cold open, then the day in order. Jump-cut the talking, speed up the chores, music under the montages.
I’ll open cold on a second each of the best moments, then run the day in order. Your talking takes get jump cuts where you pause, the chores play sped up, and music carries the montages.
Built Moving into my new NYC apartment in 16:9:
The cut runs 15:03 and ends on your end card.
Trim the first talking take so it starts on the sentence
Trimmed the head of the first talking take, so it opens on your first full sentence.
Make a 60-second vertical short about how I built GoutBuddy in 6 days: hook with me on camera, show the app screens and the code, and add bold captions.
I’ll open on your “6 days” line to camera, then tell it in three chapters: the problem, the design, the code. Screen recordings and B-roll cover the cuts in your takes, with bold word-by-word captions.
Built GoutBuddy launch short in 9:16:
The cut runs 1:07 and ends on Apple approving the app.
Punch in on the code so it’s readable on a phone
Added a 1.5× punch-in on the Expo code recording (0:48–0:50) and kept the captions clear of it.
Cut a testimonial film from the editor reaction shoot: six editors trying Ponder for the first time. Open cold on their best reactions, then let each of them say what changed. Both cameras, captions burned in.
Six interviews, two cameras each, synced to the recorder audio. I’ll pull selects per editor first, open cold on the strongest reactions, then build it so each of them carries one idea. A-cam for the thought, B-cam when they lean in.
Built Ponder Testimonials in 16:9:
The cut runs 6:55 and ends on “And I think that’s super cool.” and the closing title.
Hold the cold open a beat longer before the title
Extended the last reaction of the cold open by 12 frames, so it lands before the title.
An illustrated tour of filmmaker, marketer, and creator projects with simulated voice and drawing revisions. Interact with the editor to explore; the tour resumes after two idle minutes. Press Escape in the demo to pause until you wake the resting cursor at the bottom right. With reduced motion, waking the cursor shows one tour with static transitions. This demo does not use your microphone.

"36 to 48 hours worth of work that I was able to get done in about half a day!"
Simo Motsa Producer, Editor "It takes your raw footage and assembles a rough cut so editors can jump in and get to the next stage — taking out a lot of the manual time and putting us in a position to get content to agency even quicker."
Cody D'Ambrosio Head of Studio, SERHANT. "This is just crazy just to even have, because even if this is a clip that I'm not gonna use, it'll just inspire other ideas just to have the amount of detail. And it's insane that it has a transcript on everything."
Elliot Choy Content Creator / Youtuber "My footage is always real humans with real pauses and quirks. The editing is really finding those human moments, which sometimes don't come in the dialogue. To be able to train a tool to find those is incredible."

Point at the picture and say what to change Open on this line, the six days one. And cut this subway shot, then end on Apple approving the app.
