Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel with one click in your account settings. Your access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get 14 days of Ponder free. No card needed.
What happens when the trial ends?
Unused trial usage expires, and your projects stay safe. Pick a plan whenever you’re ready to keep editing with Ponder’s AI. If you upgrade during the trial, your leftover trial usage stays until it ends.
Can I use my own ChatGPT or Claude plan?
Yes. Connect it in Settings → AI Connections, and Ponder’s agent runs on your plan during your free trial and on any paid plan. Some work, like processing your footage, still uses your Ponder usage.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply immediately or with the next billing cycle depending on the direction of the switch.
Do you offer refunds?
We provide refunds in specific cases. If something didn’t work as expected, reach out and we’ll take care of it.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption, secure servers, and regular audits. Your files and data remain private and protected.
