Before you reach out

It’s worth a quick look at What Ponder can’t do yet, in case what you’re running into is a known gap. If something went wrong sending to your editing app, the checks in Sending to your editing app cover the usual causes. And make sure you’re on the latest version, which you can download from ponder.ai/download.
